upon arrival or departure |

Outgoing
flight:
meeting the guest at the entrance to A/P
at gate 32, escorting him through security procedure, c/i - done at designated counters, through Buy
& BY hall to hand bags security check and the passport control procedure. Incoming flight: meeting the guest at
the Mosaic Gate before entrance to the passport hall. Escorting him through
passport control, baggage claim procedure, claiming duty free items (if
needed), and escorting the guest to the reception hall. |
EXPRESS CLUB |

Outgoing
flight:
in addition to the EXPRESS CLUB the service includes escorting to the gate, through
the duty free hall and a quick procedure at the gate. If needed the guest
will be escorted to the VIP Lounge where he will be enjoying the service of the Lounge until his boarding
time. At that time a VIP Club representative will escort him
to the gate. Incoming
flight:
meeting the guest at the finger where the plane is connected. Escorting him
to the passport control hall in a VIP car, from that point the
service continues as EXPRESS CLUB. |

flight: meeting the guest at
Massada/Arbel Lounge. While guest enjoys light refreshments, beverages and
the use of basic office services we take care of all outgoing flight
procedures: security check, passport control, flight c/i
and so on. The service includes escort to the departure gate Incoming flight meeting the guest at the
finger where the plane is connected and taking him straight to Massada/Arbel
Lounge. While guest enjoys light refreshments, beverages and the use of basic
office services we take care of all incoming flight procedures. |

note Massada Lounge is located at terminal 1.

Arbel
Lounge is located at terminal 3.
·
Reservations
should be made up to 48 hours before arrival.
·
Cancellation
not made at least 24 hrs in advance - will be charged at full rate.
·
Cancellation
made between 24-48 hrs - will be charged at 50%.
·
For a large amount of luggage (10 pieces and more) the
use of a porter will be required and a supplement will be charged. For
supplement rates, please apply to our office.
