Definitions
“The Company” means Israel Reservation Centre licence number TAS150.
“The Client” means the person in whose name the booking is made and all other persons on whose behalf he/she is making reservations.
Validity
Details appearing on the Web site are valid from 01 March 2010 to 28 February 2011.
Reservation
A deposit of $200.00 per person non refundable sent through your travel agent will require when your reservation is confirmed, final payment is due 45 days prior to departure or immediately for booking made after that time. Non payment will result in the booking being cancelled.
Amendments
Should you wish to alter your original reservation , only one change will be made free of charge, after this an amendment fee of $50.00 per amendment will apply.
Late booking and minimum booking fee
A late booking fee will apply to all bookings made, and for booking of less than 2 nights accommodation a fee of $ 50.00 will be charge.
No refund is given where services have been cancelled or not utilised after departure from Australia.
We strongly recommend travel insurance. Please consult your travel agent.
Cancellations must be made in writing and become effective from the date upon which the notice of cancellation is received by the company, and will be subject to the following fees levied from total invoiced amount:
14 days before arrival:
Full Package 10% of the total invoice
Hotel Only USD 50 Fee
7 Day before arrival:
Full package 20% of total bill
Hotel Only 1 night accommodation
24 Hours before arrival:
Full Package 50% of the total bill
Hotel Only 2
nights accommodation.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the price of your
holiday. Because of cancellation and refund policy we strongly recommend that
you have travel insurance which covers cancellation due to unforeseen
circumstances or those beyond your control.
Accommodation & other services
The standards of accommodation and other services contained in this brochure are based on various factors which are generally accepted indicative of certain class however Israel Reservation Centre do not represent or guarantee the standard, class or fitness for purpose of that accommodation or service.
Visa
Correct documentation ie valid passport, visa etc. where
applicable is the responsibility of the passenger. Please consult your travel
agent for information regarding current requirement.
Not included
Airport or air taxes, port taxes, excess baggage charges, optional gratuities to guides, drivers etc, beverages, personal or baggage insurance, meals, air fare, sightseeing (except specified in the program), laundry, cost of passport or visa, other items of personal nature, any items not specifically mentioned as being included in the itinerary description and these conditions, all personal services to the hotel rooms.
NOTE: any disputes regarding personal hotel or tour accounts must be settled by the client directly with the hotel or tour operator prior to checkout or departure. If you are not happy about any aspect of your tour or package, please inform our local representative in Israel “Diesenhaus Galilee” Tours P/L Tel Aviv Tel: 03-565 1313 , in Egypt “Wings Tours & Nile Cruises.” Cairo Tel: 262 0447 / 8 immediately who will do every possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove difficult in certain circumstances to take any effective action upon your return.
Company responsibility
Israel Reservation Centre is not itself a carrier or hotelier
, nor do we own aircraft, hotels or coaches. The services that the company
supplies consist of arranging and coordinating accommodation, tours and
transfers, making bookings and issuing vouchers to be redeemed by suppliers.
All care is taking in selecting reputable tour operators, coach operators,
hotels and other suppliers of various travel
services which are used in these tours, it is important to note
therefore that all booking with Israel Reservation Centre are subject to the
terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach
operators, hoteliers, and other service providers including but not
limited to shipping, rail car rental and
restaurant operators, whose services we utilise, some of which limit or exclude
liability in respect of death,
personal injury, delay and loss or damage of baggage.
The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him, for death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss or any misadventure howsoever caused; any act, omission, default of any hotelier, carrier or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused; the temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused.
The company accept liability for any loss or damage sustained by the client as a direct result of negligence of the company and it employees. No liability on part of the company arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion or facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the product, and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
The company does not accept responsibility in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage , loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which is beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on the part of the company, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities. Accidents to, or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such actions may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group).
Agents responsibility
1.It is your agent’s responsibility to advise us of any special requirements you may have and to communicate to you any changes or alterations advised to your agent by the company.
2. If the agent becomes aware that you have a special or chronic health problem, the agent shall ensure that Israel Reservation Centre is provided with a letter from your personal physician stating the nature of such health problem, and certifying that you are physically fit to participate in the tour. Israel Reservation Centre cannot accept responsibility in event that such information is not passed on by the agent or the passenger.
3. No
representation made by your agent to you concerning the quality, location, or
any other matter in relation to the services and facilities provided by the
company shall bind the company unless your agent has been expressly or
impliedly authorised by us to make such representation.
